When it comes to real estate, Talk to Tisa! Tisa has lived in Brentwood and Williamson County for the last 30 years and specializes in this area. A native Nashvillian, she is a Life Member of the Million-Dollar Club and an expert in managing your real estate move. It’s a combination of what she knows, who she knows and how to put it all together to work for you. Tisa has been helping relocating families since 1987 and excited to be helping 2nd generation buyers and sellers! Whether you are buying or selling your home, her goal is to make your transaction as hassle-free as humanly possible. Being blessed with a father who wrote songs and played a washboard band for friends, Tisa’s father never seem to meet a stranger. As a life long learner, it seems Tisa has followed in her father’s footsteps. While she doesn't play a washboard band, when you meet her, it’s not long before you see a genuine caring and hospitality wash over you. For those who have known the TNT team for the past 16 years, Tisa is proud to say Tonya is still on her team—now, the one who helps her behind the scenes, makes her look better, and critical to her success! When Tisa and Tonya were a selling team, they used to joke with their clients that they failed salesman school because they always want you to “think about it” or “sleep on it”. It’s those kind of phrases that surely gets one kicked out of salesman school! What Tisa does extraordinarily well is listen and investigate for her clients. She has had the privilege to work with an extensive and diverse clientele from around the world over the last 29 years. She puts that knowledge of the market and people along with skill to work for her clients. She once said, 'My career is like a good lasagna—layers of good quality ingredients that work together to produce wonderful results! - I'm really grateful to have layers of knowledge to help my folks!
